At Three Oak Graphics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom embroidered shirts or other products, we will be happy to work with you to find a solution. Please note that custom orders may not be returnable. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unworn condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
